Non-complicity in War Crimes: Responsible Taxation

In 2001 the UK Government ratified the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court by enacting the International Criminal Court Act, and the International Criminal Court (Scotland) Act. These two laws make it a criminal offence in the UK for any person to engage in war crimes, crimes against humanity, genocide or conduct ancillary to such crimes. The International Criminal Court Act 2001 stipulates:

If you pay tax when you are fully aware the government is aiding and abetting war crimes, crimes against humanity, genocide and terrorism, you are complicit in those crimes. To avoid complicity, place your taxes in a Conditional, Revocable Tax Trust with the Government listed as Primary Beneficiary. The government can draw down on these taxes when they can prove in a law of competent jurisdiction that none of the monies will be used to fund the worst crimes known to mankind.
